Comments for the student: Amy came well prepared, and was confident, personable, and extremely detailed in her responses. She highlighted her skillsets and strengths and elaborated on how her interest in fashion marketing and psychology shaped her decision to pursue a Marketing degree. She did an excellent job speaking to why she wanted to work at the specific company at hand, citing statistics and market growth, demonstrating her interest and that she was well researched. I would encourage her to use more stories/ share more examples to support her statements in a full / real interview and also encourage her to find ways to demonstrate why she is a great cultural fit to the company to further elevate her answers. Overall, excellent job.
