Comments for the student: Overall, great interview and conversation. Greg was prepared and very personable, demonstrating his skillsets and goals by sharing personal anecdotes on his background. This personal and authentic approach to interviews will be key in setting him apart. Greg was confident in his responses ad specific with what he would like to do as a long term career. He addressed his determination and hard work ethic across all of his responses and had multiple thoughtful questions to ask at the end. I would encourage him to think through how to express certain ideas in a more "elevated way" (e.g. don't say you chose a Finance degree because you "like money" but rather " I enjoy exploring techniques to manage and grow money for others"). Also, Greg can look to weave in the core values of the company he is interviewing for to demonstrate that he well researched and a good fit.
