Comments for the student: Overall, great interview. Connor came very well prepared and was confident, direct, and specific in his responses. He did a great job introducing himself and his background when answering "tell me about yourself" and used it as an opportunity to showcase his strengths and skillsets off the bat. He also did an excellent job embedding details, specifics, and stories into his answers and why he is interested in / is pursuing finance. His indication of valuing interpersonal connections and building a network demonstrated his ability to be a strong cultural fit to the company. I would encourage Connor to cite specifics of the company (e.g. stats, programs, core values) and fold in the value he brings when answering "why do you want to work for x company".
