Comments for the student: Excellent interview - Dominic exemplified top tier communication skills and was personable, confident, well prepared and detailed in his responses. He used the "tell me about yourself" question as an opportunity to explain who he is, his achievements, passions, and skillsets at the start of the interview; this approach should be used in all future interviews to "set the stage" and showcase he is the best fit for the role from the forefront. His integration of his philanthropic involvement through Delta Upsilon was also a nice touch and showed his interest in helping and supporitng others. He also emphasized a "We" / team mindset when speaking to why he wanted to work at x company. I wouold encourage him to also tie in the company's core values or specifics / stats to further enhance that answer going forward.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
