Comments for the student: Hi Charles, it was great to meet you! You mentioned during the interview you did not do research on the company. For future purposes, I would encourage you to do a little bit of research before or an interview and if you do not feel prepared, reschedule the meeting. Employers understand if you do not feel prepared, but if you share with them you are not doing research on the company, they may think you have no interest in working at their firm.
