Comments for the student: JJ arrived early to his interview, he was dressed professionally and his resume looked great. When I provided feedback, he asked great questions about interviewing skills. One thing that stuck out to me when interviewing JJ was, he spoke about all 3 of his different work experiences which helped me get to know him. I would recommend for hire.
