Comments for the student: Overall great job. Nicholas was personable, authentic, and very clear in his interests and goals throughout the course of the interview. He was direct and charismatic in his responses, showcasing his strengths and entrepreneurial spirit. Nicholas did an excellent job answering "why do you want to work for our company" (using the example financial analyst role at Mclaren) - this is a question that many students struggle to answer effectively, and Nicholas handled well as a result of being well-researched and prepared on the company, the company's core values, and the role itself. My one piece of advice to further elevate his answers was to provide very specific examples and stories throughout the interview to support his thoughts and comments. For example, supporting why you are a leader / excel at leadership by giving a recent example of how he exhibited leadership (from work, school, extracurricular, etc). This will make him stand out from the competition and make his interview memorable to the interviewer.
Great job Nicholas!

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
