Comments for the student: Alexis did a great job during our interview!
A few points of feedback I shared with her:
1. She related her experiences to the role she was applying for, she spoke confidently and you can tell from her responses she has a lot of passion for the event industry/ industry she is pursuing
2. Alexis was very prepared for the interview, you can tell she took time to research the Travelers Champion company, she also was very open to stepping outside her comfort zone and trying new things which is very important
3. Alexis showed up a half hour early just to make sure the technology was working - smart! She also showed up right on time for our interview.
Areas to improve:
1. I did let Alexis know for the future as a watch point to avoid playing with her hair as it could be a distraction to the interviewer. In addition, I let her know what I would have liked her to ask a closing question "What are next steps? Are there any hesitancies about hiring me? Anything else I can answer to make me a better candidate for this role?"

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
