Comments for the student: Isabella did a great job for her interview today!
A few pieces of feedback I shared with her:
1. Izzy showed up a few minutes early and dressed very professional (blazer etc) - very impressive!
2. Loved her confidence and passion for this role. It was great that this is a real life occurrence happening in Izzy's life as she met with Big Fish Productions during the QU career fair. Izzy expressed a lot of knowledge on the company, I can tell she did her research!
3. I let Izzy know that something she can improve on is not reading from a script, some questions I could tell she was reading and it may be something she wants to be aware of moving forward for other interviews.
Overall awesome job!
Comments for faculty: Great follow up email from Izzy:
Dear Ms. Lauren Dallo:
Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today about the Brand Ambassador internship position with Big Fish Promotions. Our discussion was quite informative, and I was particularly impressed with the conversation regarding the role I would take on as an intern at your company.
After learning more about the Brand Ambassador internship position, I believe that my background in marketing, as discussed in our interview is a match with the values presented within your company.
I am very enthusiastic about the possibility of joining the Big Fish Promotions team and would greatly appreciate a follow-up as you move forward with the hiring process. If you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me by email at impinto1@qu.edu or by phone at 551-777-1255. Thank you again, and I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Izzy Pinto

Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
