Comments for the student: Overall, really great job. I was impressed with Giancarlo's elevated interview skills and strong, direct responses to each question. In particular, Giancarlo did an excellent job focusing on and providing underlying details to support his answers. This is critical to the success of an interview and ensuring that the candidate is memorable and a standout. Giancarlo should continue to be this detailed in his responses and should continue to provide examples / stories from his work, academic, and extracurricular experiences to support his thoughts and set him apart during actual interviews. The one suggestion I shared to elevate his answers a bit more was around answering "why should we hire you" - Giancarlo should not shy away from being direct and to "sell" himself and his skillsets more to demonstrate why he is the best fit and candidate for the role. He can also weave in the core values / mission statement of the company he is interviewing for into his answers to impress the interviewer and show why he will be a good cultural fit for the company. Again, great job Giancarlo!

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
