Comments for the student: Paulo came well prepared and overall provided detailed, thorough answers with confident delivery. He was extremely personable and exhibited a positive and upbeat attitude throughout the course of the interview. Paulo asked meaningful and thoughtful questions at the end of the interview, helping to shape the interview into a conversational and meaningful interaction. Paulo can elevate his interview skills and answers to questions by supporting his answers and thoughts with more detailed examples/stories (ie don't just say you are adaptable, use a story from a work or extracurricular activity to support/ show how you are adaptable). He can also be more "goal-centric" in his responses, being specific to his strengths and what he would like to accomplish, as well as what he would bring to the role. Overall good job.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
