Comments for the student: Overall excellent job. Josh was impressive in the delivery and specifics of his answers. He was confident and provided detailed, thorough answers. He stood out in the group of students today as he supported his answers and thoughts with specific examples and stories from his past work experience / extracurriculars. This is a component that many interviewers struggle with (even for professionals with interview experience), so this was particularly impressive and something that Josh should continue integrating into his future interviews. When answering "Why Quinnipiac", Josh was able to quote specific metrics and speak to benefits of QU's programs. He also referenced core values and company specifics when answering "Why are you interested in working for our company" which made him stand out and something he should continue doing for any company he interviews for in the future. My one piece of feedback for Josh was to dive more into what he wants to achieve and what he wants his impact to be (when being asked "what are your long term goals / why should I hire you"). Great job Josh!

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
