Comments for the student: Overall great job. Sarah was well prepared, confident, and thorough in her answers. She was friendly and personable and showcased her accomplishments and ambitious mindset during our conversation. Sarah did an excellent job answering the first question "Tell Me About Yourself"). This is actually a question that many students struggle with - Sarah was able to comprehensively and chronologically express who she is, her background and experiences, and also tied in what she learned, applied, and accomplished in each work experience she had. She should continue using this approach in future interviews. I was also impressed with Sarah's confidence in answering "why should I hire you". My one suggestion to further elevate the response (and for other answers as well) is to support thoughts with more examples / stories that showcase her skills. Being prepared with stories and detailed examples will help her stand out in the interview process and also give the interviewer more insight into who she is and why she is the best fit for the role. Great job Sarah!

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
