Comments for the student: Overall, really great job. Aidan immediately showcased his strengths from the first question asked ("tell me about yourself"). Many students struggle with answering this question, but Aidan did a great job comprehensively and chronologically walking through his background and then tying in and highlighting what his strengths were. He should continue using this approach in future interviews as this will help him stand out from the on start. Aidan was specific and detailed in all of his responses, particularly, when explaining why he chose his major and why he chose QU. He was clearly well-prepared, and demonstrated an elevated level of confidence and professionalism. My main piece of feedback is to bring in specific stories and examples to support his thoughts and answers (ie don't just say you are adaptable; share a story from work or an extracurricular where you exhibited being adaptable). He can also be more detailed when answering "why do you want to work for x company" by referencing core values of the company, programs, etc to show that he is well researched and the right fit. Great job Aidan!
