Comments for the student: Olivia had some good answers better needed to elaborate more on some of the questions. Her answer to why she was interested in working for the company was a great answer. I loved that she talked about their values and how it aligned with hers.
Comments for faculty: She ended every answer with a "um ya". I did talk to her about this.
