Comments for the student: I enjoyed meeting Patricia and learning about her education journey. She shared her passion for technology, and it was demonstrated when I asked about her favorite class. She was well prepared with great questions and really engaged in conversation. Thank you to Patricia for the opportunity.
Comments for faculty: Patricia was a delight and has a bright future ahead. My only feedback to her was to market herself with more confidence on the last question on why I should hire her. Her answer was great, and she had confidence. I suggested not to use words like "I think I am" and rather say "I am". I suggested to bring examples of why she is the best candidate for the job.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:

The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
