Comments for the student: Jason was very good at leaning on previous work experiences to be able to show interest and alignment for the role. Further research into the company and how to be an asset for the company could have lead to a stronger expected interest in the role.
Comments for faculty: Jason sees the opportunity ahead of him, but it would have been better if he was able to articulate that better. Jason was interested in the role, but had a tough time building on why him. Jason was partially out of frame for some of the call, which is something to work on.
