Comments for the student: Tommy was very adaptive to doing the practice interview on Zoom and he was pleasant to speak with. Given his experience and interests, he had a good approach to the interview. My main feedback for him would be to research what areas of finance/business he wants to work in and begin learning about them on his own. Internships/shadowing are great learning opportunities, but the plethora of resources you can find on Google, YouTube, etc. will make you a better interviewer and also allow you to narrow down your job search into areas that align with your true interests. Getting this squared away as a sophomore/rising junior can be a solid advantage.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
