Comments for the student: Overall, excellent job. Eric was engaging, extremely well spoken, and provided comprehensive, detailed answers to all questions. I was impressed with his elevated professionalism and fluidity of his thoughtful and thorough responses. In particular, Eric did an excellent job answering "why are you interested in working for our company" - it was evident that he was well researched on the company, its principles, and programs, citing and referencing specific details, including the mentorship program offered to interns and new analysts. The one suggestion I had for Eric to further elevate his interviewing skills was to support his "why should I hire you" answers with stories / examples to showcase his skills further. Very impressive student and great interviewer!

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
