Comments for the student: Excellent job and one of the best interviewees of the day. Karl was authentic, conversational, friendly, and added a personal story / touch to all of his answers throughout the interview. He displayed professionalism, confidence, and was highly engaged throughout our mock interview. Karl immediately brought in his strengths and achievements when answering the first question "tell me about yourself". This approach is excellent should always be taken in any interview - it immediately showcases to the interviewer the candidate's skills, confidence, and achievements right off the bat. I was also impressed with Karl's answer to "why are you interested in working for our company"; he approached the answer by tying his personal goals to the goals and objectives of the company (Goldman) to demonstrate why he would be the best fit for the role. Karl supported the majority of the answers to questions with details and examples/stories. to further prove his statements. Again, excellent job - very impressive student!

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
