Comments for the student: Overall, really great job. Michele is an ambitious and eager student who came well prepared and provided detailed answers to each question asked of him. He is friendly, well-spoken, and kept the tone of the interview conversational. He demonstrated that he was both confident and comfortable in his answers asked engaging and thoughtful questions at the end of the interview. In particular, I was impressed with how he answered "why are you interested in working for our company". Michele indicated how he would provide a unique and diverse perspective if he were part of the company, and also demonstrated how and what he would give to the company (as opposed to what he could get) which is a really terrific approach to answering this question. My one suggestion was to make some of his answers more robust by incorporating more stories from his past work, school ,extracurriculars, etc. and examples to support some of his thoughts and statements. Again, really well done.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
