Comments for the student: Conor is a very impressive sophomore. He has a clear direction for his career based on his personal passions for sports and analytics which sets him apart. I think if he continues to focus on his genuine interests, and challenges himself to become an impactful student org leader and/or obtain a highly selective internship within the next 1-2 years, he will continue down an excellent path.
Comments for faculty: Conor should continue to be challenged to go above and beyond. He is already quite far ahead of many sophomores I've spoken with recently. He is already career-focused while many students spend a bit too long being only academic-focused.
