Comments for the student: Katherine was very polite and pleasant to speak with. I believe she can excel in interviews in which the company and role is clearly defined. We focused on an entry-level accounting role at Deloitte, a company which she had done some research on. I recommended that she always do this "homework" on any company and role she applies for, as well as gets more involved in a student leadership capacity on campus.
Comments for faculty: Katherine seemed to be a traditional sophomore who has a broad understanding of roles in her field, but definitely needs to reflect on why she's passionate about working at a specific company and/or in a specific role. I believe more involvement as a leader in the Accounting Society, for example, could help to direct her down this path.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
