Comments for the student: Friendly reminder to blur your background if you're interviewing in a dorm. Appreciated that candidate mentioned they met with us at the Career Fair, demonstrates another layer of interest in the company. Honest about future goals -- demonstrated enthusiasm throughout interview. Moving forward always ask interviewer for next steps.
Comments for faculty: Good interview, notes about. Even if a candidate doesn't have a specific future goal about what they want to do in the company, the candidate was able to demonstrate he loved learning and is eager to learn and grow with any opportunity. A good pivot.
