Comments for the student: Overall excellent job. Ilana came well prepared, well researched, and executed exceptionally well throughout the course of the mock interview. It was clear that she had spent time preparing for this exercise, and demonstrated this through clear, succinct, specific and thoughtful answers to the questions asked. She did an excellent job answering "Tell me about yourself", by highlighting and tying in her key strengths and skillsets into this answer and by effectively using this questions as an opportunity to sell her brand and demonstrate why she was the best fit for the role. I enjoyed hearing about her opportunity to interview the CFO of Aetna and how that shaped her desire and interest to major in Finance. She was also well researched on Gartner Inc. and was able to speak to the internship program details. I would recommend that she tie in a bit more about the company strategy and values into this answer in the future to help her stand out even more. Adding in more examples and stories to support her answers will also help elevate her interview skills further. Again, excellent job - interviews sill definitely be something Ilana will excel at with additional practice and experience.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
