Comments for the student: Kendall was very well prepared and well spoken. I would continue to focus on showcasing your exposure and experience in the accounting area as well as sharing the rigor and discipline of the D1 Lacrosse with your academics. You have great experience and great discipline. Be aware of using "like" frequently. I only share that information, as this is a learning opportunity. You were delightful to speak with and will make a great asset to any company in the future. Best of luck with the rest of your lax season and with your future at Quinnipiac.
Comments for faculty: It was a delight in talking with Kendal. I hesitated to share or have points removed from using the word "like" as she was well prepared and well spoken. However, I want to make her aware of this as it is a learning opportunity. The best conversation with her was when we were discussing the questions she had for me and the questions that were not prepared. Although well prepared, which I appreciate, I felt that perhaps her notes may have made her more scripted and rehearsed rather than authentic. When interviewing, although I expect professional and prepared, I also look for the authenticity and how that person may fit into my team.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
