Comments for the student: Overall, excellent job. Paul came well prepared and exhibited high levels of confidence in his communication and body language. He provided detailed explanations and examples / stories to support his answers to the various questions (in particular, "why are you a great fit for this role" question). Also notable was his introduction on himself and his background where he provided a comprehensive and detailed overview, showcasing how multifaceted he is in school and in his extracurriculars. Paul was overall authentic, personable, and genuine, and his enthusiasm and confidence helped him stand out. The one piece of feedback I provided (for real interviews) is to drill into the details of the company, whichever one he applies to in the future, to know the principles, core values, and culture of the company - this will impress the interviewer and will help him be viewed as a great cultural fit for that specific company. Super impressed - great job Paul!

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
