Comments for the student: Alyssa did an excellent job with the mock interview. She immediately established her confidence and was extremely personable and authentic. What particularly impressed me was the delivery of her responses; Alyssa was fluid and confident, and spoke at an elevated level, using her experiences and sharing stories to support her answers. Alyssa was also well prepared to discuss the job description and company she selected; my feedback here was to drill into the company's core values, principles, etc a bit more and and weave these into responses in any upcoming real interviews. This will stand out to the hiring manager and will elevate her as a potential candidate. I also encouraged Alyssa to highlight and speak more to her soft skills. She has tremendous potential and interpersonal skills that set her apart, and she should not shy away from vocalizing her skills and why she would be the best fit for a given role. I was overall very impressed - great job Alyssa!

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
