Comments for the student: Overall, great job! Jacqueline was well-prepared, and spoke clearly, directly, and confidently. She was very personable and also authentic and genuine with her responses to the questions asked. Most notable was her confidence and directness in presenting her strengths and soft skills (when asked "why should I hire you"). This is sometimes an area that students struggle with, so was great to see Jacqueline's thoughtful, detailed, and confident answers on this front. She also provided examples to support her responses and to highlight her character (ie including details around engaging in service activities through Connecticut Casa). One piece of feedback I provided for future interviews (internships, etc) is for Jacqueline to be more specific when asked "why do you want to work at 'x' company". I shared that she should drill into the company's website to identify the company's core values and principles and to weave that into her responses on this question / topic. This is a critical piece of any interview and being an expert on the company, the division, and value propositions of the firm is a sure fire way to impress the hiring manager and set oneself apart from the competition. Great job Jacqueline!

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
