Comments for the student: It was an absolute pleasure meeting and interviewing Chris. He was well spoken and presented himself confidently. Chris was well prepared drawing examples from his experience and studies when sharing why he would be a good candidate. His resume is well rounded with job experience, club involvement and personal interests. I encouraged Chris to continue looking for opportunities for a job / internship with experience and exposure to field related jobs and companies. The questions that Chris asked were well prepared. Overall, I am excited for Chris and the opportunities that will lie ahead.
Comments for faculty: It was an absolute pleasure meeting and talking with Chris. He presented himself confidently and well prepared. I encouraged Chris to look for some summer internships / opportunities to explore and experience marketing jobs he may be interested in. Exposure and experience to the field will further build his resume and guide him to companies / jobs opportunities that he may be attracted to. He is also very good at promoting himself and this experience will further showcase his skills. This exposure / experience will easily move him to a great job at graduation. His decision in major and his answer to his minor coupled with his major was impressive.

Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
