Comments for the student: Michael was a nice candidate to interview. He did a nice job incorporating his major and minor as to why he is interested in the position with Goldman and his future career. I especially liked how he talked about how his analytics minor compliments his finance major.
A few comments for improvement:
-For the tell me about yourself question- Following the general structure of "Present, Past, Future" can be helpful.
-Have questions for the interviewer! Do your research and think of questions you genuinely want to know. I suggest at least 2-3 questions prepared to ask.
-Have a strong answer as to "why this company?" You want them to see your true interest and not have general answer you could use for 5 other companies.
-Give an example to support a skill. Michael mentioned he is a strong group leader (which is great!) A story or example to prove this would make the response stronger.
Comments for faculty: Quick good interview.
I don't know if they were supposed to dress like an interview? If so- he wasn't.
He also didn't introduce himself.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.

I'd be greatly appreciative if you could share this link so I can receive their anonymous feedback.
