Comments for the student: Eldin presented with confidence, poise, and was extremely well prepared. It was easy to connect with him as he was engaged and interested in learning about employment opportunity. Want to remove as much indecisiveness as possible from interview, try to practice on being direct with what you want from employer and what you can deliver. I really think your exit questions for the recruiter were great and would continue to try and elicit information to identify more about the culture, the work environment, leadership you will be working with, and what makes them special to work for. Good luck!
Comments for faculty: Eldin was so well prepared, looked the part, great eye contact and speaking presence, sent a resume and Coverletter in advance, and followed up with email after interview. He sets the bar very high for classmates! We discussed some opportunities to expand upon his experiences and make personal connection. Made some recommendations about revising resume. Take out dividers (lines), use more active and descriptive words, and try to elaborate (quantify) upon results obtained.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
