Comments for the student: Dante came off very polished and prepared for his interview. His responses were confident, clear, and able to draw upon what strengths he would bring to the employer.
We talked about him focusing in on the skills he will gain with his summer employment and making sure that they translate on paper to what a position is asking for.
I was impressed with Dante's overall approach and presentation during the process of the mock interview. He came off prepared and willing to take the opportunity seriously.
Comments for faculty: I am unsure if it is a breakdown of communication of how to do the assignment/prepare vs. what info the interviewer will have to access this assignment. It was something I noted with all my students, so not specific to the student.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
