User (Job Seeker) Responsibility

Job seekers acknowledge that employer interviewers will have completed your interview evaluation as a personal courtesy to you. You therefore hold such employer interviewer and/or employer harmless from any action by you in this regard.  Further, you hold harmless and indemnify the employee interviewer and/or employer from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to your use of the Services, including any liability or expenses arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees borne by employee interview and/or employer.

Business uses of our Services/Indemnification

If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these Terms. You and the business hold harmless, and indemnify RateMyInterview.com and its employees or contractors from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.
