Comments for the student: Overall, excellent job and one of the top interview performances of the day. Natalia came well prepared, and provided detailed, comprehensive answers to all questions asked. Natalia was friendly, personable, professional and engaging, leveraging her soft skills to make an excellent impression. Natalia did an excellent job answering "Tell me about yourself", explaining the 3+1 program well and incorporating how she chose her Finance major and AI minor (she should include 3+1 on her resume - this is a huge accomplishment!). Natalia also showcased her philanthropic engagement through her extracurriculars, demonstrating how she is multi-faceted and well-rounded. We had a great discussion at the end about the qualities that make someone successful at GS. One piece of feedback I would recommend to further elevate her answers in an actual interview is tying in how her skill sets will directly support the team / interviewer/ company to further demonstrate why she is the best fit on the team. With more time in an actual interview, it would be good to support answers with more with examples / stories to bring her skills to life. Again, great job - Natalia has tremendous potential and she should continue pursuing top tier internship opportunities.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
