Comments for the student: Overall excellent job and one of the best interviews of the day. It was evident and clear that Benjamin spent significant time preparing and practicing for this mock interview. He was well spoken, friendly, personable, and provided very specific and detailed answers. While some answers could have been more succinct, he covered a lot of key content and provided quality and insightful details into his background and interest in the role. Benjamin was confident in his approach and did an excellent job "selling" himself in the first question "Tell me about yourself". He incorporated his top skill sets and strengths in this answer which is an important strategy in an interview to showcase why he is the best fit or the role. His answer to "why are you interested in this company" was also strong, well structured, and it was clear he was well researched on Greentech Renewables. One great component of the interview was Benjamin highlighting the importance of helping others through his work. This is an aspect he should continue to highlight in future interviews. My one piece of main feedback or Benjamin to further elevate his answers is to support comments and strengths with actual examples and stories. This will be important to stand out and to show the interviewer how he has achieved success and leadership in his past work experiences. With additional practice and experience, Benjamin will do excellent in interviews and should consider this a key skillset he already has.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
