Comments for the student: Overall, great job. Angelina was friendly, personable, and came well prepared to the mock interview. She provided thoughtful and detailed answers to all questions asked and maintained great composure and professionalism. In particular, Angelina did a great job answering "tell me about yourself", by using this as an opportunity to not just share background, but also speak about her top skills and how her past work and school related experiences further developed her skills. This is a great strategy to use in an interview (as this will likely be the first question always asked) and she should continue to weave in her skills and brand when answering this question. Angelina was well prepared with the mock company she was interviewing for and also succinctly summarized her top three strengths when being asked "why should I hire you". My one piece of feedback to further elevate this answer is to include how her strengths will benefit the team and company (making that connection) and also by supporting the answer with examples / stories to showcase and prove her strengths (e.g. tell a detailed story about how ahe is open minded or how she used speaking 3 languages fluently to benefit a situation / customer - this will impress the interviewer!). Finally - all 3+1 students should highlight this program and accomplishment on their resume! Again, really great job. Angelina will continue to stand out in interviews with more practice and experience.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
If you are not in direct contact with your interviewer, it’s still often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note to the interview coordinator following your interview(s). Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
