Comments for the student: Frank - It was a pleasure to meet and talk with you today. You have a wonderful personality, and I enjoyed our conversation. Please take a look at your resume before sending along, there were some spelling errors in your profile in the copied I received. Best of luck in your years at Quinnipiac.
Comments for faculty: Frank did not have a company/position to discuss, so we improvised. I asked him the ideal role or company he may be working with. He was very confident and able to answer the question but seemed less prepared than the others. He can certainly think quick on his feet and was not nervous. Very easy to talk with and we did have a nice conversation.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
