Comments for the student: Dylan- great work! You were very poised and professional. Just remember that when you find the specific role you are applying for, tailor your answers to that team, the responsibilities, and the problems they are trying to solve. Some of your responses to "why should I hire you" or "why do you want to work for this company" highlighted your skills but were broad. When you say you "bring a different energy" choose some more specific language to describe it, and explain why it would be valuable for the company you are working (in line with their mission, goals, solves a problem, helps the team, etc.). You are experienced at interview so you know some of you responses, but don't be afraid to pause and really think about the question before you answer.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.
