Comments for the student: Emma, thanks again for coming in today. The fact that you are doing mock interviews as a sophomore already puts you ahead of most of your peers. This is the perfect stage to make mistakes, experiment with your answers, and build the muscle memory so that when the real interview comes, you walk in ready. Keep practicing and keep the momentum going.
The biggest thing I want you to focus on is confidence. A few of your answers came out with hesitation, almost as if you were second guessing your own abilities. Remember that when you earn an interview, it is because the company already believes you have potential. They reviewed your background, liked what they saw, and chose you. The interview is simply your moment to reinforce that decision.
Confidence is not about having every answer memorized. It is about trusting that you belong in the room. Keep working on that, because once you speak with more conviction, your strengths will shine through instantly.

If you are in direct contact with you interviewer, it is often considered a best practice to send a brief thank-you note following the interview. Within that note, you can share your interview feedback link.
Here is some sample language you can use within your thank-you note, which we encourage you to revise as you feel is most appropriate:
As I am new to the interviewing process and always looking to improve, I'd like to ask if you would take a minute to give me some (anonymous) interview feedback.
The following link [insert your interview feedback URL] contains just five general questions about my interview performance and is designed to be completed in under a minute.

I'd be greatly appreciative if you could share this link so I can receive their anonymous feedback.
